Wyoming rental property owners, landlords and property managers need to use rental agreements and legal notices to follow the Wyoming landlord tenant laws. NOTICE PERIOD FOR TERMINATION FOR NONPAYMENT:

Landlord can file for eviction after rent is 3 days late and tenant has been given 3 days notice; landlord can terminate with an Unconditional Quit

NOTICE PERIOD FOR TERMINATION FOR LEASE VIOLATION:

3 days

NOTICE FOR UNCONDITIONAL QUIT:

3 days—nonpayment of rent, holdover, damage to property, interference with other’s enjoyment, denying access to landlord, or violating duties defined by statute

LATE CHARGES:

No statutory limit
