What/Who is ARPOLA?
ARPOLA, the American Rental Property Owner and Landlord Association, is a trade association for independent rental property owners, owners and managers of small to medium apartment complexes and property managers. We are a landlord association with services at the owner level. However, many property managers choose to use our benefits to enhance their service offerings to customers — which we completely support.
How much is membership?
We provide two membership options to help address the different needs of our members; ARPOLA($35) and ARPOLA Plus ($95), respectively.
The ARPOLA membership is designed for owners who need specific services immediately. They have full access to the complete list of benefits and services in addition to the support and help from our staff.
The ARPOLA Plus membership is designed for owners looking for some help or even a major overhaul with their rental business. This plan includes more guidance and help from our staff and will result in more one on one attention. Plus members also receive full access to the complete list of benefits and services.
How long is my membership?
Your membership is for one calendar year. If you join April 1, 2017 you will be up for renewal on March 31, 2018.
Can I get a refund if I am unhappy with the membership?
Refund policies are outlined below:
ARPOLA Membership – Membership dues are non-refundable except within the first 90 days of membership.
Educational Classes – Classes provided through and by ARPOLA are fully refundable up to the date and time of the class. Classes provided through 3rd parties are subject to the 3rd party’s refund policy.
Product Purchases – Products purchased through ARPOLA are subject to the product providers refund policy, but refunds are not available after 30 days.
