Dear Landlord Hank:
Me and my husband have signed a lease but landlord wants a $600 deposit then he’s going two send keys via FedEx with hard copy of lease. We have been in close contact through email with landlord but he claims he can’t talk on phone because he’s hearing impaired and he’s out of town working what you think

Sincerely,
Hank Rossi
