Free Rental Agreement Wisconsin

Month to month tenants -  5 days; landlord can use an Unconditional Quit notice with 14 days’ notice

TENTANTS WITH A LEASE LESS THAN ONE YEAR , AND YEAR TO YEAR TENANTS:

5 days (cannot use an Unconditional Quit notice)

NOTICE PERIOD FOR TERMINATION FOR LEASE VIOLATION:

Landlord can terminate with an Unconditional Quit notice

NOTICE FOR UNCONDITIONAL QUIT:

5 days nuisance,  14 days  other

LATE CHARGES:

No statute
