Landlord can terminate with an Unconditional Quit notice
NOTICE FOR UNCONDITIONAL QUIT:
10 days for nonpayment of rent, 15 days (lease 1 year or less or lease of unspecified time) or 30 days (lease more than one year) for violations of the lease, 10 days f or drug activity
